BudgieTerms of use
These terms apply when you use Budgie at thebudgie.money and app.thebudgie.money. By using Budgie you agree to them.
The beta
Budgie is in private beta and free to use. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and things may occasionally break. We will try to warn you in the app before any change that affects your data.
Your account
- You sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
- You are responsible for who you invite to your household; invited people can see and change its data, according to their role.
- You must be an adult, or have the agreement of one, to use Budgie.
Your data
What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Budgie to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not misuse Budgie: no attempts to access other households, to disrupt the service, to overload it with automated requests, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Not financial advice
Budgie helps you track and plan household money. Its figures, suggestions and assistant answers are for information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers before you rely on them.
Liability
Budgie is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using information in Budgie. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Budgie at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the beta with reasonable notice; if we do, you will be able to request a copy of your data first.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
